We are looking for trainee domiciliary carers in the Oxfordshire area.
Same Ways offers a range of domiciliary care across Oxford and Abingdon and are on the look out for those that truly care. Same ways was started by Tracey and Lucian out of the frustrations working for companies so stretched and leaving no time to really give the level of care patients needed. As carers themselves and still very active with patients, they are passionate about the level of care given. They have truly special connections with those they care for and it is so much more than a job to them and everyone that works at Same Ways.
Duties include:
- Household tasks such as cleaning and plant care
- Administrating medication
- Laundry and ironing
- Eating and drinking
- Preparing meals and diet monitoring
- Getting patients in or out of bed
- Bathing
- Shopping
As a trainee carer, you will receive on the job training with our experienced carers and team leaders. You will also have the chance to obtain nationally recognised qualifications.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence as travel between patients homes is required.
Full DBS checks will be required before starting.
